Forums

So we all have run across forums.Thats where people get together and do what ever.There are basically 2 types of forums,One dedicated to a specific topic, Ie,A bands forum,gaming forum and so on,Or the social forum where almost anything goes.

Im currently on the latter,This is the type of forum where people will sit and argue about stuff that wouldnt really make a difference,Death penalty, suicide, What clothes are in and so forth.These forums are ones where you can make a topic on almost anything.

The Dedicated forum is the one that you dont really visit that often,Afterdawn is one of those,The only reason i visit it is when i need help with my psp.You see its in essence a gaming (tech) forum,You get lessons on how to play "backed up" games on youre psp or how to pass a certain level in youre newest Final Fantasy.Valuble indeed.

Back on to the social forums.Ive been thinking lately.Yes that is strange esp for me.About why i keep going to back to a certain forum.You see things just arent the same.Im still happy with the people that are on it,But i wonder,Am i just wasting time on there?What else could i be doing?
Sometimes it does get kinda boring.The main theme at the moment is the birth of a child.One of the new mods had a baby girl and everyone seems only to be talking about that.Its creeping in everywhere.

My good ol buddy vomita! went and posted a nice breakdown of what he felt this forum was about.

"ok lets start at the world nooze forum, this is where all topical world news gets put in and then the members of jnf debate weather the story is true and convey that their opinion is somewhat better than others, little do they know it actually amounts to fuck all. The rapist still gets off, people still die and theres nothing they can do about it.

Ok lets go to the skate park, this where light conversation is put in, here you can learn what other members got up to on the weekend and even better what they PLAN to do on the weekend, yes exiting stuff. The skate park is also where you can track every single fucking movement of misses's new born child, from the moment of its conception to the last shit it took. i'm sure you eager to read it all.

ok now we come to the boardroom, this is the scariest of forums. It is where cyber dorks try to be taken seriously, they involve themselves in such dreary bullshit and the slightest ounce of humour is seen as out of line and you are from then on spoken down to and basically made to feel unequal by some dork who could not tell the difference between a vagina and a tigers bum in high school. Avoid this forum!!!

ok now lets go to mozarts opus, this is the forum of musical interest. here you get to see what other jnf'ers are listening to. theres also the wonderful meaningless drivel of finding out what song is in another jnf'ers head, yes its edge of your seat stuff.

Welcome to wollywood, this is where all things about television and films get placed. Here you are infromed of what movies to watch by a one word review that gives you no clue as to what kind of laxitive the author uses while typing. You could also do the misses a favour by voting on some television show, you could do the rest of us a favour by telling her to go get knotted.

we're walking into the colosseum, watch your step its dicey!! here you can voice your opinion on things that are mostly sport orientated. In here is the only thing that worth giving your eyes a workout for, it ferdi's fat eye, its told how it is and is actually rather hilarious, but if you're not into sports just read it for the cazzy jokes.

Bladdy funny if you ask me.This is actually quite true though about social forums.Ive seen it happen alot.I reckon this is why social forums dont really get large amounts of new members,Cause you see its sort of like joining a new school.Except if you dont know what the hell is going on.You can leave .Most people wont give a crap let alone actually get to know most people.They want idol chit chat,Maybe a few jokes etc,Thats it.
